Consult2Recruit is seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance operations for a busy truck and trailer rental company in Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and excellent communication skills to handle various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Authorize maintenance work with suppliers and ensure seamless operations.
  2. Manage breakdown calls and advise customers on upcoming service work and MOTs.
  3. Coordinate with depots, technicians, drivers, and customers to ensure efficient maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  1. Proven mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  2. Strong telephone manner and customer service abilities.
  3. A confident, proactive personality to liaise with various stakeholders.
Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm.
  2. One Saturday in every four, 8am - 12pm.
