Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Partner Development Director to lead our partner development efforts at Manaventures. The successful candidate will have extensive experience across channel management, partnership development, or business development, with a focus on large resellers or channel sales.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong channel networks, driving revenue through indirect sales, and delivering strategic value to Canva and our partners.
  • They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and channel sales processes will also be essential.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for serving as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of resellers, driving growth and performance within the reseller network.
  • Implementing a comprehensive partner enablement strategy to ensure resellers have the training, tools, and support needed to successfully sell and support our offerings.
  • Delivering training programs, certifications, and sales collateral to equip resellers with the knowledge and skills to effectively position and sell our solutions.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns, sales initiatives, and lead-generation programs tailored to reseller needs.
  • Tracking reseller performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement, and working closely with partners to drive increased revenue and market share.
  • Developing sales forecasts and revenue targets for the channel, continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Managing channel incentives and rewards programs to motivate and engage resellers, driving higher performance and retention.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the reseller network and other strategic partnerships.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure mutual growth.
