Supply Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of students and teachers, providing support and guidance in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering lesson plans provided by the absent Teacher
  • Leading the classroom with high-quality lessons
  • Assessing and monitoring student behaviour
  • Proactive approach to engaging students to complete their lesson tasks
  • Adapting to different environments and following Safeguarding practices
  • Participating in professional development opportunities when required

Requirements:

  • QTS (or at least 1-2 years of supply teaching experience)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Appropriate teaching certification or licence
  • Experience teaching at the Secondary level
  • Adaptable and friendly demeanour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
