About the Role:
Are you a recent STEM graduate eager to develop your teaching skills and make a positive impact in a secondary school setting?

We are seeking a STEM Educator to join our team in Bromley. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development in Maths and Science.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with classroom management and lesson delivery in Maths and Science
Work closely with senior teachers to support students' learning and development
Provide 1:1 tutoring to students in Maths and Science, helping them to improve their grades
Construct a positive learning environment and contribute to the overall student experience
Develop your teaching skills and gain experience in managing diverse classroom dynamics

Requirements:
A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM field from a top 20 UK university
Experience with children, particularly in a supportive or teaching role
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
