Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Network Scientific Ltd. as a Medical Devices Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to patients and physicians regarding questions and provide individual solutions by phone or ECG and further technical data.
  • Manage/stocktake: coordinate replacement of individuals, components as required and proper return of the replaced components for maintenance together with external Logistic partner and Sales team.
  • Coordinate technical support and telephone hotline management.
  • Network Management (Input of patient data and information in the online portal, registration of new accounts and managing login, creation of clinical center codes for individual prescribers, sending ECG reports to physicians upon request, and deactivation following treatment for other Emerging Markets EMEA with UK related Order- and Invoicing Management tasks).

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English language is required.
  • At least 3+ years of past professional experience.
  • Past experience in a clinical/hospital environment preferred.
  • Past experience working as a Technical Assistant would be a benefit.
  • Experience in the Medical Sector/Medical Devices would be a benefit.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Independent, respectful, friendly, team-oriented individual with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with patients and customers.
  • Thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach.
