Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)



Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements, and coordinating day-to-day site operations. They will also liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in the roofing / cladding industry
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS certification
  • Strong communication and organisational skills


Benefits:



  • Starting salary of £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

  • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
