Senior Administrator for UK Telecoms Lab

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL). As a key member of our UK Telecoms Lab (UKTL) team, you will provide administrative support to our senior management and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing schedules.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative duties of the department, including implementing and maintaining systems and databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for the department, ensuring the administration is delivered smoothly and to the highest standard.
- Support and report directly into UKTL's CEO and CTO, coordinating the team's duties to play to their strengths.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a team, using relevant support tools with a strong customer focus.
- The ability to think logically, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritise workload according to the needs of the management team and customers.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Office365 and earlier versions.
