Revit Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our Asset Information Team at Belcan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining Building Information Models to support the Facilities Management of our extensive asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit clients' modelled information using Revit
  • Ensure new/modified information is transmitted to the appropriate CDE and visible to end users
  • Conduct surveys to validate existing/newly acquired information and create content adhering to company standards
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
  • Understanding of the ISO19650 Suite
  • Modelling best practices
  • Navisworks clash detection/model coordination
  • Drawing/document management control
  • Experience populating/knowledge of COBie, AutoCAD, and MEP
