Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our Direct Tax team. As a Tax Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of direct tax documentation, including annual current and deferred tax provisioning and supporting disclosures required for UK and group financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of annual current and deferred tax provisioning and supporting disclosures required for UK and group financial reporting for all allocated entities.
  • Preparation of annual corporation tax computations for all allocated entities.
  • Assist with Cross border transaction direct tax compliance reports relating to the UK Group.
  • Be responsible for the initiation of UK direct tax compliance matters re foreign landlords within the wider group and preparation of the relevant UK tax compliance documentation.
  • Monitor all changes to legislation affecting Direct Taxes and keep the team abreast of ongoing developments.
Requirements
  • College degree in a relevant subject.
  • 1-2 years experience in a finance or tax environment.
  • Good understanding of CT return process / CT legislation.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.
