We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Cook to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals for our young clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for 70-90 children aged 3 months to 5 years daily.
• Plan and implement a rotating menu following the 'Healthy Eating' guidelines.
• Maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to our five-star rating.
• Assist the kitchen assistant in clearing and washing up after meals, cleaning of all kitchen equipment, and general hygiene of all kitchen areas.
• Work with the team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's experience cooking for a group of children or adults.
• Ability to prepare and cook nourishing meals.
• Knowledge of special dietary needs and ability to accommodate.
• Experience with budget management and stock control.
