This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and forward-thinking professional to drive success in the Commercial Property sector.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading projects within the Commercial Property domain, with a focus on fit-out and mid-sized projects up to £15m.
  2. Fostering a collaborative work environment that enables project excellence.
  3. Cultivating strong relationships with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Participating in a prestigious team managing stimulating and customized projects in London.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A BSc/MSc degree in Project Management or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
  3. A strong background in Construction Consultancy.
  4. Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
  5. A full driver's licence.
