About the Job: Hilton Community Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Tenancy Support Lead to join our team in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Service Managers and taking a lead role in providing high-quality services that satisfy the needs and wants of all tenants and their families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify shortfalls and take corrective action to develop and maintain the required standards. They will also possess strong leadership skills to mentor and develop staff, and be able to work in a variety of locations as required.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.
