Job Overview

Equal Education Partners is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation while adhering to government regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for temporary workers and internal staff
  • Oversee international payments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports for audit purposes
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure precise data on employee remuneration and deductions
  • Process payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements

We require an individual with proven experience working as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role, possessing in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance. BrightPay and Xero proficiency is essential, and payroll certification is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
