MediTalent Ltd is seeking an experienced Audiology Director to drive our hospital's vision and strategic plans, while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinical leader to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with CQC standards and other legal, professional care standards, driving clinical leadership and innovation to improve hospital services continually.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with CQC standards and other legal, professional care standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and active NMC registration.
  • Significant clinical leadership and management experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and infection prevention practices.
Benefits:
