Nursery Director - Early Years Leadership

Our esteemed clients are seeking an experienced and visionary Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of their bustling 100+ place setting in SE Derby. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary based on a 40-hour working week, up to £50k, plus an impressive array of benefits.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare, coupled with at least 6 years of experience working in a Day Nursery. They will also possess at least 3 years of leadership experience, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional care and education.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of nursery life. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting staff growth is essential.
