We require a dedicated Senior Quality Manager to drive our quality assurance strategy forward.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of £48,750 per annum based on experience, reflecting the demands of this challenging role.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures, aligned with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective measures.
- Establish measurable quality objectives, integrating them into the company's overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
- Analyse quality performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance overall quality.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to improve quality performance and reduce errors.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex quality challenges.
