NRSWA Supervisor

At Mj Quinn Integrated Services Ltd, we are seeking an experienced NRSWA Supervisor to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to utilize their skills and knowledge in a dynamic field-based role.

We are offering a competitive salary of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum for this position, which is field based and reports into our head office in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reporting of Spine & Build progress to the Spine Manager and customer.

This role involves attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders, continuously working to improve efficiencies and processes to ensure that build is completed in the most cost-effective manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all engineers' accreditations are kept up to date and relevant to job role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate reporting of Spine & Build progress to the Spine Manager and customer.
• Attend meetings (mainly conf calls) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously working to improve efficiencies and processes to ensure that build is completed in the most cost-effective manner.
• Ensuring that all engineers' accreditations are kept up to date and relevant to job role.
• Weekly review & capture of KPI data to manage crews' performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with the planning team to ensure delivery is executed on site in line with the THP build programme as agreed with the client. They will also be responsible for managing TM requirements & compliance across all Flex activities, as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous Supervisor experience, with essential Telecommunications Experience. They should possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. Ability to manage multiple workloads and IT Literacy are also key requirements for this role.
