Senior Lecturer in Primary Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our team in Primary Care at the University of Hertfordshire. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a key role in the provision of high-quality, evidence-informed teaching and contribute to our continuing professional development portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide academic input in relation to the planning, teaching, assessing, and evaluation of programmes of study at postgraduate level.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of our continuing professional development portfolio.
  • Take on Module Leadership and provide guidance to students.
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse and NMC registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in either health visiting or school nursing.
  • Hold an honours degree in a relevant subject and a master's degree or a Level 7 qualification such as a Post Graduate Diploma.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards this is essential.
