Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Support Professional to work with students who have special educational needs (SEN) in a school environment.

This role is based in Croydon and involves supporting students with their daily activities, providing one-to-one assistance as needed, and contributing to a positive learning environment.


About the Role

As an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital part in helping our students achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN
  • Assisting teachers with lesson plans and activities
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment

You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You should also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our students.


What We Offer
