Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to partner with our business and IT teams to implement fully integrated solutions as our enterprise architecture evolves.

About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will form strong business partnerships with the Business and Business Excellence to understand business processes and requirements. You will demonstrate up-to-date expertise on our Application Architecture and lead or participate in multiple projects by completing project documentation, managing scope, and adjusting schedules when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Form strong business partnerships with the Business and Business Excellence to understand business processes and requirements
* Demonstrate up-to-date expertise on our Application Architecture
* Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing project documentation, managing scope, and adjusting schedules when necessary
* Execute and support BAU processes in relation to our applications covering system configuration changes, monitoring integrations, and training on system functionality
* Liaise with Business Users, Developers, and QAs to ensure requirements are understood from all sides
* Support the Head of Enterprise Application Architecture in developing and maintaining an asset register of all applications, including documentation of BAU IT processes supporting the applications

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in Business Systems Analysis in the London Specialty Insurance Industry
* Process analysis, data modelling, and data analytical skills using SQL and Excel
* Intermediate knowledge of Python, associated libraries, and frameworks
* Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
