The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of electricians on commercial installations, overseeing day-to-day activities, and working closely with contracts managers. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong drive for professional development and a desire to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of electricians on large residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to health and safety policies
  • Coordinating with contracts managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing electrical installation plans and strategies
  • Providing training and guidance to junior electricians

Requirements:

  • Level 3 diploma in electrical installation
  • ~2391 inspection and testing certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
