Gist Limited is a leading player in the logistics and supply chain transformation industry, and we're looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team. As an FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis to support our Business Partners in their decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting principles. You should also be able to work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Key responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly analysis and reports, ensuring accounts adhere to internal control procedures, communicating complex financial details, facilitating financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and supporting Functional teams at a Gist level with high-quality analysis and insight.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum. Working hours are 38 hours per week (flexible working hours available). The role involves working Monday to Friday.
