About the RoleAs an Aircraft Appearance Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our aircraft are cleaned and presented to the highest standard. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will lead a team of cleaners and work closely with the supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the cleaning team to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules and quality control checks.
- Coordinating with airlines to ensure that their requirements are met.
- Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
