Salary Information

We offer competitive daily pay rates up to £134.48*, weekly pay up to £941.36*. For a live-in caregiver wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36* per annum. We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, removing the need for third-party administration and protecting you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.

Job Description

This role involves providing personal care, cooking, and helping the client with feeding, as well as encouraging stretching and assisting with splint management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for catheter management, bowel management, pressure sore management, and ensuring the client lives a full and happy life. A good standard of English and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Personal care and hygiene support

  • Supporting the client's independence
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require an enhanced DBS check, which can be applied for upon registration. You must have the right to work in the UK and flexibility on travel, including driving or access to public transport. Previous experience in care is preferable, but full training and supervision will be provided to successful candidates.
