Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Agile Program Coordinator to join our team at YourPrime. As an Agile Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, creating user stories, and facilitating agile meetings to ensure the timely delivery of product features and improvements.

About the Role:

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with the product roadmap.
  • Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
  • Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Communicate progress and adjust priorities as necessary.
  • Lead and participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SaaS products or the logistics industry is a plus.
