**Job Summary**

Campervan Brewery is seeking a highly motivated and organized Brewery Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the brewery and delivering products to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the movement of stock to our warehouse and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Coordinate the sending of orders via courier and ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in keg washing and sanitizing processes to maintain high-quality products.
  • Drive and deliver beer to our trade customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver spent grain to our local farmer, promoting sustainability and reducing waste.
  • Assist on brewing days and packaging tasks (kegging and canning) as needed, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and provide holiday cover across the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Requirements**

  • Hold a full, clean UK driver's license.
  • Present a friendly and professional demeanor due to the customer-facing nature of this role.
  • Be able to lift 25kg malt bags and move 50L kegs, demonstrating physical ability and stamina.
  • Exhibit good organization skills and ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Display a proactive and committed attitude to the role, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Hold a forklift license, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Have basic beer knowledge, demonstrating a passion for the craft.
