About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential service.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.

You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in our care
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.92 - £12.54, dependent on experience and qualifications.
