About the Role
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is looking for an experienced Electrician to fill the position of Senior Electrician Training and Development. This role involves mentoring and guiding aspiring Electricians through their apprenticeships, ensuring they meet their goals and develop the necessary skills.

The ideal candidate will possess NVQ lvl3 and 18th edition qualifications, along with a valid full driver's license. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, enjoying a great work-life balance and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage apprenticeships and monitor progress
- Provide guidance and support to aspiring Electricians

Requirements:
- NVQ lvl3 and 18th edition qualifications
