As a Mechanic Team Lead - Vehicle Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians in the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in vehicle mechanics
- A C1, 7.5-tonne license would be beneficial but is not essential
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £37,315 plus a shift premium of £4.49 per hour between 8pm-6am and overtime at time and a half. You will also receive:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £44,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
