The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Implementation, a hybrid position based in London, with in-office requirements of 4 days a week. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting, building, deploying, and maintaining a wide variety of IT infrastructure using the latest standards and technologies.

Key responsibilities include managing automation, standards, and policies around user accounts and permissions, monitoring, testing, and resolving issues for all IAM systems, providing second- and third-level support for IAM assets, creating and maintaining documentation, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.

You will run an Active Directory and Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure environment, administer a Microsoft Hybrid Exchange environment and Google Workspace environment, install and maintain mail transfer agents and email hygiene systems, and find solutions for mail flow issues.

This role requires expertise in Windows Server, deployment and management of Exchange Server or Exchange Online, and/or Gmail administration, setup and administration of email hygiene solutions, advanced knowledge of Active Directory architecture, permissions, and administration, and experience in at least one SSO/identity platform.

About You
  • You possess sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authority template creation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Demonstrable ability to write and debug automation tools and scripts, such as PowerShell, shell scripts, and Python.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and dive into unique challenges.
  • Capable of written and verbal communication among both technical and non-technical audiences.

With a broad range of IAM-related and general-purpose IT skills, you have a rich and diverse technical background, are creative, and passionate about IT systems, standardization, optimization, and automation.
