About the Job:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Barnet. As a dedicated and passionate professional, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a strong background in Psychology or a related field, ideally with a 2:1 degree or higher from a Top 30 UK University
  • Will have previous experience working with SEN students in a primary school setting
  • Will possess excellent communication skills and behaviour management strategies
  • Will be confident in supporting children with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
  • Will be compassionate, patient, and resilient
