About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd, you will play a key role in providing commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracted work within our Southern Home Counties business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team
  • Ensure contracts achieve the appropriate commercial targets

About You

We are looking for an experienced and talented individual with a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC / Degree in commercial management or a similar sector-related course, and/or RICS Membership.

You should have strong knowledge of company management systems including commercial and financial as well as proven experience of managing a team of assistant/quantity surveyors on a large contract.
