Job Overview:
First Choice Staff is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Heathrow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the airfreight industry.

About the Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be expected to build strong relationships with customers and prospects, identify new sales opportunities, and provide expert advice on airfreight solutions. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into successful customers through various sales methods, including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations.

Responsibilities:
* Research and forecast sales trends to develop effective sales strategies and evaluate their success
* Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and preferences
* Create and meet individual and team sales targets
* Monitor competitors' products and marketing strategies
* Represent First Choice Staff during customer meetings and presentations
* Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
* Provide regular feedback to management using financial data

Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or a related field is essential for this role
* Strong knowledge of airfreight and its applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
