Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV driver to provide relief over busy periods in the Alfreton area. As a specialist crew handles loading and unloading, you will be delivering a variety of loads across the country in curtain-sided vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver loads across the country in curtain-sided vehicles
  • Work with a specialist crew to minimize loading and unloading
  • Meet the requirements of the role, including nights out on specific runs
Requirements
  • A valid Class 2 HGV licence
  • A valid UK CPC
  • A valid digital tacho card
  • At least 6 months commercial driving experience
Working Hours

You will generally start around 05:00 for shifts across 7 days per week, with 2 to 3 shifts per week available (more available if required).

Additional Information

Hourly rates of pay are as follows: £ for days, £ for nights, £ for Saturdays, and £ for Sundays and Bank Holidays. Additional £23.00 pay for nights out. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorships.
