- Identify and manage patients at risk of developing respiratory disease, providing proactive support and guidance.
- Recommend and prescribe inhaled therapies in line with local and national guidance, aiming for good symptom control.
- Carry out spirometry and interpret results, providing accurate and contemporaneous records of patient consultations.
- Produce accurate records of patient consultations, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Advise and support patients on vaccinations, including influenza and pneumonia vaccines.
- Carry out home visits for patients who are unable to attend the surgery, providing personalized care and support.
- Offer expert advice on the management of patients' long-term conditions, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
