Job Description

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be based at a prominent industrial estate, where they will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general FLT and production duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Supply raw materials to production lines, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Remove finished products from the production area to storage, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to hygiene duties, upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid RTITB or ITSSAR counterbalance licence, refreshed within the last 3 years.
  • Experience operating FLT trucks, with a preference for those with double forks.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, practicality, and a strong work ethic.
Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with 2 x 12 hour days and 2 x 12 hour nights.
  • Monday to Friday rotational shifts, with 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
