Exciting Opportunity for Early Years Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years professional to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach and Trainer. As a result of growth, we are now recruiting for this exceptional opportunity to join a highly established and growing Training Provider rated as "Good" by Ofsted.

Your Role:

As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).
  2. Creating and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.
  3. Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
  4. Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  1. Relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
  2. Understanding of Apprenticeships and Government Training Programmes in Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
  3. Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Team Leader level or above.
  4. A genuine passion for coaching and training.
  5. Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
