Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Legal Department Assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of our department.

About the Role
As a Legal Department Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including post management, filing, and document preparation. You will also assist with general administration, such as photocopying and preparing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to residential conveyancing fee earners
* Managing post, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of documents
* Assisting with general administration, including photocopying and preparing correspondence

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist, Receptionist, Legal Secretary, or in a similar role
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
