About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our demand planning team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading soft drinks brand and contribute to their growth and success.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and mapping existing planning workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, pain points, and goals for simplification and automation efforts.

You will also be responsible for extracting, presenting, and visualising data for internal and external use using a variety of tools across a range of technologies, including SAP, Analysis Office, Excel, and Power BI.

Your key objectives will include engaging and understanding reporting requirements, clarifying scope, and identifying required data. You will also be responsible for optimising workflows that reduce complexity and improve efficiency within planning processes.

In addition, you will track and assess the impact of simplified and automated processes, collecting feedback for ongoing improvements. You will produce and generate reports to show efficiency gains and process improvements.
