Job Title: Plastering Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Instructor to deliver high-quality teaching on plastering programmes up to Level 3 at our South Yorkshire location. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience on BTEC qualifications and be able to demonstrate their expertise in the Further Education and Training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver plastering programmes up to Level 3 with passion and enthusiasm
• Provide exceptional teaching and support to students, promoting retention and achievement
• Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PCET, PGCE or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education)
• Have a Level 3 or above qualification in Plastering and GCSEs in Maths and English at grade A-C or equivalent
• A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
• Proven experience of consistently good/outstanding teaching

Salary and Benefits: £35 - £45 per hour, paid weekly. Plus a £150 referral bonus for successful candidates.
