We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Chelmsford. As a Property Portfolio Specialist, you will play a key role in maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction across our diverse portfolio.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience, with additional earning potential through uncapped commission targets.

  • Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair issues at properties, ensuring regulatory health and safety standards are met
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
