About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Head Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and management to our school.

The Head Teacher will lead and manage whole school policy, its implementation and evaluation. They will also oversee the development and management of the school curriculum, learning and teaching provision to promote improved educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement, managing and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of education.
