What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.30, plus 20p mileage (if applicable). About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Care Line Homecare Limited, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily tasks, including personal care, medication management, shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You'll work closely with our clients to develop individual care plans, promoting independence and dignity. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we prioritize compassion and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide practical support with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting trust and respect
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality care outcomes
