About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting and Governance Analyst to join our Global Technology Management Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and ensuring the effective management of reporting and governance routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize dashboards to analyze and interpret management information (MI) effectively.
  • Oversee the collation and aggregation of metrics and data necessary for executive committee (Exco) reporting.
  • Manage essential reporting and governance routines for key stakeholders, including external regulators and internal committees.
  • Efficiently address ad-hoc questions and requests from regulators, senior management, and audit partners, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
  • Create and develop reports and analyses across various activities to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and enhance a robust control environment for all associated processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and relevant stakeholders to identify issues, enhance functionalities, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, technology management, or reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of data governance practices and frameworks, coupled with data modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements and adherence to governance standards.
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex data and generate insightful reports that inform decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective presentation of findings and engagement with stakeholders, including senior management and regulators.
