Residential Sales Executive Opportunity

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Residential Sales Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large residential developer specializing in high-specification residential developments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings around show homes and sell off-plan units
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain the sales and marketing suite
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors in the area
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the development and its unique selling points
  • Respond to customer inquiries
