Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team of facilities management professionals.

About the Role:
  1. We are offering a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, with benefits including a van and fuel card, core hours Monday - Friday (40 hours per week), and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain, service, and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
  3. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  4. Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate complex repairs and system upgrades.

We require a proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role within the facilities management industry. The successful candidate must hold their F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification and have a full UK driving licence.
