Retail Store Manager

Skechers Australia is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in our Liverpool store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the store, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Ensure the store is running smoothly, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Motivate and coach your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
- Sales and Revenue: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Wage Control and OH&S: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards, while ensuring efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
- Leadership Skills: A motivated and driven attitude, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets, with operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
