Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to reactive works and complete maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Undertake site surveys and produce Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for planned works.
  • Repair floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building and installation works as required.
  • Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes, and basic plumbing requirements.
  • Utilize PDA to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
  • Previous fabric and carpentry experience.
  • Experience of working in high-profile work environments.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry.
  • Current UKL driver's license.
  • PC literate.
  • Good customer relationship skills.
  • Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings/instructions/processes.
  • Able to organize self to manage assigned tasks, determine material requirements.
  • Experience of H & S procedures and requirements, COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment, etc.
  • Health & Safety Qualified, i.e., IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
  • Will to work over and above contractual hours.
