Traffic Management Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Traffic Management Operative to join our team at Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd. We are a rapidly expanding Fibre networking company with big growth ambitions, and we are looking for someone to help us deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of traffic management for our wider team. This will involve setting up safe traffic management sites, undertaking risk assessments, and managing traffic sites. You will also be responsible for upholding our traffic management policies and procedures, and working within the framework of Health and Safety Legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up safe traffic management sites, in line with National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB, and 12C, and relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Undertaking risk assessments in line with traffic management policy.
- Managing traffic sites, including planning, implementation, and management.
- Upholding traffic management policies and procedures, and working within the framework of Health and Safety Legislation.
We offer a fully maintained company van and fuel card, training, teambuilding days out, and a competitive rate of pay. If you are a team player, dynamic, able to manage your own workload, and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. A driving license is essential for this role, and flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, is required. Overtime is paid at an additional rate.
