We are a pioneering international creative studio based in London, specialising in design projects worldwide. We seek an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

Job Title: Document Controller

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective control systems and overseeing internal correspondence distribution. Your primary duties will include managing document control systems, ensuring consistency, performing regular audits, collaborating across departments, and serving as the go-to person for document-related concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine document control systems to ensure effective distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents.
  • Maintain document consistency by updating, reviewing, and approving documents in line with company standards.
  • Perform regular audits to verify compliance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet project-specific documentation needs.
  • Serve as the go-to person for all document-related concerns.
  • Work closely with project teams to address documentation needs promptly.
  • Assist in training team members on document management practices and systems as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in document control or a comparable role, preferably in architecture.
  • Familiarity with document control platforms, such as Aconex.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
